Nothing on this site (or that we say) should be considered legal advice. Having said that, all information we obtain from you is kept confidential.

Resmodo is not associated with any government program. Resmodo is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not offer loans or mortgages directly or indirectly through representatives or agents.

Resmodo cannot guarantee that you will get a loan modification if you apply for one. By the way, if you have called an attorney or agency who has made promises like that to you, that’s not allowed.
